14-7.  The Praying Colonels were a beast in the 1920s.  One of best collegiate football teams of 1920s that most of America has never heard of.

That's cool.  Centre College still has a football program, now just known as The Colonels.  Probably a little salty some redneck gas station owner called himself that when he started frying up chicken in the 30s.

They play in Division III.

Yes.  He was president there from 1988-1997 when he left to become president at UGA.

He had lower posts at Pepperdine and Ohio St before that.  

I just read a little refresher of the shit that guy did at UGA. I had forgotten most of it.  What a jackass.

He was a jerk but UGA grew greatly while he was there. Hope that was a good thing.

You could have put Howdy Doody puppet at UGA and it will grow. Only LsU has more fanatics per square inch of state than Georgia.
