I'm actually glad to be seeing some rain... which isn't the norm for me. We've had a pretty dry spring and summer, although rain has picked up a little bit in July.

thought we were going to get a good one last night too. About 4:00 yesterday, I was about to turn the sprinkler on, and decided not to because we had very dark clouds moving in. Nothing but a few meager drops of rain, though, and absolutely zero overnight.

Yep. We must be pretty close to one another. I'm also in Paulding... up Hwy. 92 on the north side of the county. I kept hearing rumbling/thunder off in the distance. I was thinking we might have a good rain coming in. Nope. Nuthin'.

Today's was a kinda short summer shower. But it was actually a good one. Fairly heavy rain for a good 15-20 minutes or so. 

Per weather.com there is potential for more later this evening.
