The scholly increases to baseball tho are LONG overdue.

Wonder how these numbers will affect discussions to eliminate walkons at the D1 level?

I agree with the baseball but I think 105 is going overboard for football. The rich will get richer and the poverty programs will have to spread that green a little thinner to stay competitive.

well if they eliminate walkons and cap the roster at 105 it will spread some of the talent around.

Whole thing stinks. Elite few getting everything, rest Scott to get their dreams and free education crushed. Such I’d like in the new America. Gawd help the Toasty B’s of the world.

Clarification.

With this new rule the roster CAPS at 105 as well.

That is 30 some odd players on our team that would not be here anymore.
