I don't hate it. Matzek has earned his place in Braves lore. He also hasn't pitched since May because of elbow soreness, and his ERA had shot up to 9+.

I hated Jackson when he was here. His ERA took a step back this year, but he's still just over 5. He looked good last year after TJ.

Soler can hit. He has 12 HRs and 41 RBIs this season, so we need the runs. Hopefully Jackson's brain recognizes he's in a contract year and he shows out, and Soler can get us runs and support our outfield. We need warm bodies.
