Georgia football has seven players named to Nagurski, Outland preseason watch lists .

Georgia defensive back Malaki Starks, linebacker Smael Mondon, and defensive end Mykel Williams were all named to the Nagurski Trophy watch list. The award is named after Bronko Nagurski, who played for Michigan and the Bears. The only Georgia player to win the award is cornerback Champ Bailey, who did so in 1998.

Georgia leads all programs with four players named to the Outland Trophy watch list. The selections are guards Dylan Fairchild and Tate Ratledge, offensive tackle Xavier Truss, and nose tackle Nazir Stackhouse. Georgia's Jordan Davis won the award in 2021, joining Bill Stanfill (1968) as the second from the program to take home the Outland Trophy.
