A quick prayer for my mother would be appreciated. 72 y/o at the ER with what they think is diverticulitis. On antibiotics and a morphine drip now. CT scan later to confirm.

You gottem! Heavenly Father please look after this lady, and be with the doctors, nurses, equipment, and medicine. Guide each one in the use of their skill, design, and function. Amen

Update: She does indeed have diverticulitis, but thankfully no blockage. She was admitted and expects to be there “2-3 days.” It is a bad case with infection they want to treat with IV antibiotics.
Thank you all for the thoughts and prayers. They mean a lot.
