Meh, it's just a sim tool. I'm sure most teams will eventually use something similar for their "visual learners". 99.9% of these guys aren't candidates for genetic engineering jobs, so if they learn the basics this way it's probably worth doing. No substitute for running the plays in practice, but it's not meant to replace that.
No cursing? That's a hollow act.
