Right there with ya. Been working on an outdoor kitchen design with a metal roof, fireplace, cold zone type fan system for those hot summer days, and a swim spa. If I have a contractor build it, I'm looking at close to 50k. Maybe more. And that without the swim spa. That's not going to happen right now. Getting older and having not so good shoulders, back, and hips is a bitch.
