In the work force.
My manager called me Friday and told me the backstabber is getting the relationship we are fighting for, but I’m getting 50% of all sales coming out of the office and I don’t have to lift a finger or do anything more to get paid. I get 50% of the comp and 50% credit to my goal. Honestly, I’m glad it’s working out the way it is. It leaves me more time to focus on other relationships where I get 100% of comp and I get that little kicker every month for doing nothing, other than the right thing by following the wishes/rules established by my manager.
