A favorite spot when I lived in va/hi. My guess is not much has changed in the 20+ years since I left.

Last I checked, the “new” owner is dating a divorce` from Griffin. I say “new,” because he isn’t the original owner. Not sure when he bought the jurnt.

My spot when when I work my Emory or Piedmont accounts downtown.  I’ve kind of been adopted into the cult. If I lived in ATL full time VaHi/Morningside would be where I’d buy.

Pricey living in them parts. My sil/bil did a tear down on the corner of ky and n. Highland a few years ago. Prolly $3mm+.
