We can post reports all week. But, unless the UGA administration has done a 180 since last week…ETN isn’t playing Saturday.

As I’ve said several times, I hope he plays and I’ll eat the crow.

This decision has been made for a while.

If the policy is as stated in the article, ETN should be able to play.  The policy mandates a 10 percent of the season suspension for "being convicted of a DUI".  ETN was not convicted of a DUI and the DUI charge was dropped.

I don't know what they will do but if they suspend him it seems like someone has a personal vendetta against ETN.

That's my exact take.  Police can charge you with anything they want, things change all the time after you are charged.

This^^^^.     It’s not the policy that’s going to keep him out.    It’s the visibility with our administration.

Hey, I hope they’ve reviewed their position and changed their mind.    But, as of Friday last week, Kirby was told ETN is sitting.    Things change and maybe this will too.

I'm sure ETN is the only Georgia undergrad who engages in underage drinking.  Sounds like Jere has a hard on for ETN personally or is trying to become Mike Adams 2.0.
