In the line of commands right above text box, starting with the B for Bold command, when you do a full reply, click on  #14 command and gives you a box to paste the URL of the pic you copied or saved to post here.

There is an insert picture button on the toolbar when you click on the new reply button.

Copy the image address then when you click on the insert image button paste it there and don't worry about the dimensions.
