At 4:30 am we still have several hours of heavy rain to go in Rossville…

But not much wind, just 10 to 15 mph with a few higher gusts.

Rain will begin to taper off around 8 am and out of here by noon or so.

Prolly so much rain so quick that most of my tomatoes and peppers will split will be my worst damage.

15 inches + in South Central. 90 mile wind gusts about a hour ago. Helene tracked right through my hood. In Washington County now. Sounded like a freight train in my back yard for about 75 minutes. 2 fatalities in Laurens County. It was fierce for a while.

Horrible news. I'm glad you're good.

I’m impressed you still have tomatoes and peppers! Had to pull my vines up last month…
