I’ll also fess up to something. I have a “strategy” on big games. I always say we are gonna lose…at least to myself. It’s from a long long time of being a Georgia sports fan. It’s a method of cope for me. No one is a bigger fan…I just care so much I have to trick my brain to deal with it most of the time.
My trash talking to my Texas friends was…yall are gonna kill us. Probably won’t even be a game.

LOL, I hear you, have done similar in the past. Yesterday I was more a Missouri guy....SHOW ME....this team didn't show discipline for 4 quarters all year....now the offense was pretty poor, but that D was incredible

Gulf has been very happy these last few years and will never forget it. Been a UGA fan since 1968 and always pull for them. I also know when my team is struggling a bit and am not afraid to speak (post) my mind. Yes, it's just how I roll.

Some people are Disney Dawgs and some people are realists.
How a knowledgeable fan could have thought we have been playing good is beyond me.
My only hope was that Texas hadn't really played anyone. Their win on the road at Michigan was impressive even though MICH isn't that good.
We hadn't looked good since the Clemson game.
The people that think you can't be a realist are the ones with a problem. Not everything is always great.
