I'm reminded of a doctor's story. May have been on the old message board, about a particularly large black woman who sustained herself on some sort of nut while not moving from a recliner for several days. I can't remember what kind of nut it was, but when she finally went to the ER complaining of abdominal pain and a lack of bowel movements, he was charged with assisting her with clearing the blockage of impacted, partially digested nuts.
