I saw your post, went immediately over to the tOSU/Nebraska game, Nebraska intercepts and returns it to the tOSU 7-yard-line, and the first thing I hear... "And there is a flag".

It was a sideline warning against Nebraska... no yardage penalty. But, still.

They literally got the worst spot. I think I've ever seen. Even the commentator said that the spot was off by at least a yard and a half. A couple plays later there was offensive pass interference. Terrible call.
