It was 1997. The much-hated, Steve-Spurrier-coached Flarduh Gators were 7-1, ranked #6 in the country. The Dawgs were 6-1 and ranked #14. Florida was an 18.5 point favorite. Ole' 2x4 himself made some big plays in this game.

While UGA is favored to win this game, the will need perhaps their best offensive game of the season. UF is playing much better football of late, and that QB has the ability to run circles around a good many teams. I hope UGA brings it's Texas game defense too. I could see a 27-20 type of game. It's the UGA defense against Texas that gives me hope. Guess we'll see come Saturday afternoon.

We need to lower the tone for this game so that Ole Mess feels a little nervous tickle when it sees us the following week.
This is no time for taking it easy but we got the right Corch for this occasion.
