but with the timing  of the court appearance, it appears the playoft is the earliest unless the DA drops shit

The fact that he has been legally by represented by former player , Kim Stephens , who is highly regarded in Athens legal circles and the fact that CKS has allowed him to be with the team and at practice bodes well for the situation being resolved quickly, if not already resolved. Optics are too risky to make a mistake in this situation , particularly at a time when CKS won't allow anything to distract the main thing from being the main thing. 

Other big news is that both Robinson's are well and  will be back soon at RB. 

Things are coming together at the right damn time.

Practicing but not playing until charges officially dropped at the court date would be my guess, but I’m not a lawyer.
