ATHENS, Ga. – University of Georgia volleyball student-athletes Bianna Muoneke and Ceci Gooch have been named to the 2024 Academic All-District® Volleyball team, selected by College Sports Communicators.

ATHENS, Ga. – University of Georgia volleyball alum Sophie Fischer has signed a pro contract with League One Volleyball's LOVB Salt Lake, the league announced Tuesday.  

ATHENS, Ga. --- The Georgia football junior safety Malaki Starks was named to the Football Writers Association of America (FWAA) All-America First Team, according to an announcement Tuesday. A native of Jefferson, Ga., Starks was a 2023 consensus All-American and has been named to four All-America squads (FWAA, Walter Camp, AFCA, AP) so far this season.

AUSTIN, Tx. --- No. 7/12 Georgia and No. 1/2 Texas face off for the first time as Southeastern Conference foes, with the two storied programs meeting in dual action for the first time since January 2019.

ATHENS, Ga. – The University of Georgia GymDogs have announced 11-time Olympic medalist and Florida Gator, Simone Biles will make a special appearance at Georgia's home opener on Friday, Jan. 17 against Boise State at Stegeman Coliseum.
