Q: With Gunner's mobility and willingness to run, how do you think that will impact what you guys try to do in the running game?
A: We are who are we are in regards to that, we've played an entire season offensively. Gunner's a good athlete, but I think Carson's a good athlete. I don't how much that changes things.
What a summary of these past few days of discussion with Gunner/Beck/Bobo
1) It's too late in the year to drastically change the offense to fit Gunner's pros and cons
2) Gunner is not leaps better than Beck running, if at all
3) Read plays // QB runs likely won't be run any more often than usual due to this. Maybe Gunner keeps the reads more (even though technically it's a math game and Beck probably made the correct read 9/10 times on his)

Kirby speak.
Reality is, Gunner is a much better runner than Beck. The 2nd half play calling proved it.
Will there be a total change, no. But We will call plays to Gunners Strengths. I am pretty sure he will be told to slide down more often.
