Kirby isn't firing his buddy Bobo.  Our best hope is what you say, Bobo moves to qb coach/offensive analyst/Cocola rep.  Hell, let him keep the OC title to soothe his ego but hire Buster as "game day play selector".

My son and I have talked about Coach Boom not being there this season. It must've had at least some negative affect. I still believe there needs to be a couple of coaching changes. Both offense and defense.

I think the big issue is personality. Teams tend to take on the personality of their coaches. Richt was a good coach, BUT he wasn't a great coach because of his too laid back personality. You need to have at least one hair-on-fire type of coach on both sides of the ball plus the HC.

Our D and OL have been lacking that most of the year. Kirby can't carry the whole team. He needs assistants who emulate his style.
