Yeah it was originally supposed to be just a broken hip from a slip. I guess when you get older you can’t take anything for granted.

A broken hip is a very serious injury for old people.

My Grandad lived 3 years in a near vegetative state after breaking his hip, having multiple strokes from the anesthesia, because he didn't have a living will and they stuck a feeding tube in his belly.

They only let him die after they'd used up all his insurance and estate (worth about 3 million).

If you don't have one, get a living will!
