It's the cost of homes. I don't see it getting any better.

That's crazy It will get better if the govt stays out of it. The market will correct pricing if sales slow down enough. The people who are really screwed are builders. They don't have tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars of equity in the houses they are building and selling so they can't really lower prices much.
