Just came in from the lake, 4 nice spotted bass, perfect weather. Checked in on the thug game, looks like the Philly thugs are winning 17-0.

Peanut butter on toast to satiate my hunger.

I made some fried poke chops. Cooked em up in beef tallow and seared em on the grill afterwords.
Turned out great. Gravy was good too. But I screwed up the rice so it’s all for nothing.
