NEW ORLEANS, La. --- Six Philadelphia Eagle defenders who were on previous Georgia rosters helped their squad down the Kansas City Chiefs 40-22 on Sunday night. Highlighted by a sack, Jordan Davis had two tackles during the matchup. The Eagles kept the Chiefs scoreless in the first half to win their second Super Bowl in franchise history (2017 season).  Nolan Smith, Jalen Carter, Kelee Ringo and Lewis Cine also suited up for Philadelphia during the team's 15th win of the year.  Nakobe Dean, who finished second on the team during the regular season with 128 stops, was on the injured reserve list after sustaining a knee injury during the Eagles' Wild Card win over the Green Bay Packers.

NEW ORLEANS, La. --- A total of eight former Bulldogs were on rosters in Super Bowl LIX making it 24 consecutive years that at least one former Georgia player has appeared on a Super Bowl team. Mecole Hardman, who had the game-winning touchdown catch in last year's Super Bowl, was on the Chiefs' injured reserve list while Malik Herring was also on this year's Kansas City roster.

ATHENS, Ga. – The University of Georgia men's tennis team defeated North Carolina and Alabama State, 4-0 in both matches, on Sunday afternoon at the Lindsey Hopkins Indoor Facility. The Bulldogs improve to 5-4 on the young season.

ATHENS, Ga. — The Georgia women's golf team will compete in its third tournament in as many weekends, traveling to California for the San Diego State Classic on Monday and Tuesday. 
Georgia will play 36 continuous holes on Monday followed by the tournament's final 18 holes on Tuesday. The 54-hole tournament will tee off with an 11 a.m. ET shotgun on both days of action.

ATHENS, Ga. — The Georgia women's basketball team won in a down-to-the-wire game against Arkansas, 62-61, on Sunday afternoon in Stegeman Coliseum, earning their second conference win of the season.

ORLANDO, Fla.  – A six-run fifth inning propelled the 12th-ranked Georgia Bulldogs to an 8-0, five-inning victory over CSU Bakersfield on Sunday to conclude the Black & Gold Classic in Orlando. Georgia concluded opening weekend 5-0.  Sophomore pitcher Randi Roelling (2-0) earned her second victory in the circle, pitching a one-hitter against the Roadrunners. Roelling struck out six in her complete-game outing. The Bulldogs will open the 2025 home schedule this week, hosting the 18th Annual Red & Black Showcase Presented by T-Mobile. The four-day, 12-game tournament begins Thursday, Feb. 13 when the Bulldogs host Michigan at 6 p.m at Jack Turner Stadium. 

ATHENS, Ga. --– The No. 32 Georgia men's golf team is set to begin spring play at the Puerto Rico Classic starting on Monday, Feb. 10 to Wednesday, Feb. 12 at the Grand Reserve Golf Course in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico.

EVANSTON, Ill. — The No. 1 Georgia women's tennis team will face No. 5 Virginia in the ITA National Team Indoor Championships semifinal on Monday, Feb. 10 at 4:30 p.m. ET at the Combe Tennis Center in Evanston, Ill.
