Georgia Makes Big Staff Move on Wednesday
Story by Spencer Ostrow

Cox has a strong resume, having previously served as a defensive analyst at Alabama, Tennessee, and Michigan before spending last season at TCU. Now, he’s set to reunite with Kirby Smart and defensive coordinator Glenn Schumann, both of whom he worked with during his time at Alabama.

Cox is also a Georgia graduate and during his time as a student in 2006, was an assistant for the team.

Cox has spent time at TCU, Michigan, Tennessee, and Alabama where he worked with both Kirby Smart and Glenn Schumann. Cox's background as a linebacker specialist is the presumed area of expertise he's being added to provide to Georgia's staff.

Just another braindead move by Kirby hiring another Richt assistant. Time to move on IMO.
