My CPA just increased his tax return fee by 170%. I don't think so.

What do you Captains of Industry pay for tax return prep these days?

Do it yourself. No need to pay someone to fill out that 1040EZ form.

Mine didn't mention a rate increase when he sent out scheduling info in early February.
His rates are generally based on the number of forms to be filled out.
Mine has run between $200 and $275 for the past 10 years.

Casino does ours on Turbo Tax. So whatever that costs.
