I admire the fact that he doesn't make negative remarks in public about any of his staff. It's just not a smart thing to do. But, there was just too much talent on this roster to have the kind of performances we all watched. If Kirby wants to stand pat, fine by me. But, if we continue to see some of the underperformances we saw last season, things could get a little uncomfortable for the UGA football program. 

Dropped passes aren't the fault of a coach but, poor OL performance most of the season is. Predictable offensive play calling is on the coaching. Even the defense had some questionable showings throughout the season and, that's at least partly on coaching. The inability to stop the perimeter running game by opposing teams is at least partly on coaching. Injuries did play a part in some of the team's problems but that's something every team has to deal with. 

This last season was not nearly as fun to watch as the last several. If Kirby needs to use the NIL money and transfer portal then go all in. Mind you, I don't like it but, that's the college football world now. That's my .02 cents...
