Look up Ms Mara Eglitae; she is Latvian but hangs in Poland these days. She is worth the trip.

Gdansk on the Baltic is nice..Sopot is a nearby area that is more touristy. My Wife has been twice in the last year on business, she said it was nicer than she imagined it would be.

Poland has their s**t together. I went there on business and didn't have time to see anything. I hated that.
